Last month, Apple was announced as the official partner of this year's TCS London Marathon. Now, the company has confirmed a series of events and activities leading up to the main race scheduled for April 26. Here are the details.

Apple Brompton Road to Host Pre-Marathon Events

As the official partner of the 2026 TCS London Marathon, Apple is showcasing its health-related products and services, including the Apple Watch with various running-focused features, AirPods 3, and the built-in heart rate sensor with Apple Fitness+.

The latest of these will launch a new program titled 4-Week Strength for Runners: In Collaboration with Strava on April 20. According to Apple, the new program is designed to "enhance performance, running form, and balance." The program will be led by Fitness+ trainers Kyle Ardill and Kim Ngo, along with ultramarathon runners Hellah Sidibe and Kayla Jeter.

A few days later, on April 23, Apple Fitness+ trainer Cory Wharton-Malcolm will host a panel at Apple Brompton Road at 18:30 local time. The panel titled Race Day Inspiration and 5K with Joe Wicks and Friends will feature renowned trainers and athletes Joe Wicks, Hellah Sidibe, Dora Atim, Becky Briggs, and Sherica Holmon. However, the event is fully booked and is no longer accepting registrations.

On the other hand, Apple Brompton Road will host “former world champion and world record holder Paula Radcliffe and two-time Olympic athlete Chris Thompson” for a live episode of the Paula’s Running Club podcast on Saturday, April 25, and registrations are still open. You can visit apple.co/run-club-live to register.

The event will start at 10:30 local time, and Apple describes what guests can expect:

Radcliffe and Thompson will discuss training, race day mindset, and the role of technology for runners as they close the series “The Road to the London Marathon.” They will be joined by Apple Fitness+ trainer and London running community figure Cory Wharton-Malcolm.

Finally, Apple will organize “Physical Education with Apple: Game Time” events led by UK fitness icon Joe Wicks and Apple Fitness+ trainers Cory Wharton-Malcolm and Kim Ngo at six schools in the Wandsworth area.

Special Apple Music Playlist for Marathon Day

Apple has also launched a special playlist titled Ultimate Marathon Playlist for Apple Music subscribers.

This playlist, which lasts about seven hours and contains over 100 songs, aims to provide marathon participants with enough motivation to stay energized throughout the 26.2 miles.

If you are an Apple Music subscriber, you can listen to it or add it to your profile:

Apple Music requires an active subscription. You can subscribe for $10.99 per month, and there is a 1-month free trial available.
