Apple TV’s hit series Friends and Neighbors has begun shaping its cast for Season 3, even though it has only released two episodes of its second season. Here are the details.

Michelle Monaghan Joins Friends and Neighbors

According to Deadline, Michelle Monaghan (True Detective, Gone Baby Gone) will be a regular cast member in Season 3 of Friends and Neighbors.

Details about her character are not yet available, but Deadline notes that the actress has a one-year deal and may take on the role of "a potential new love interest for John Hamm’s Andrew Cooper."

Friends and Neighbors premiered on Apple TV last year and quickly became one of the platform's most successful series. Currently, it ranks third in popularity on Apple TV, just behind Margo’s Money Problems and Imperfect Women.

The show was renewed for a third season just before the premiere of its second season.

As for Monaghan, this will be her fourth collaboration with Apple TV; she has previously appeared in Bad Monkey, The Family Plan, and The Family Plan 2.
