Beats is sharing two important pieces of news today. First, the company announced the next step in its partnership with K-pop star JENNIE: a special Beats Solo 4 headphone in Onyx Black color.
The company, which is affiliated with Apple, is also expanding its range of USB-C cables...
This is the second special edition of the Beats Solo 4 featuring JENNIE. Last September, Beats and JENNIE collaborated on a Solo 4 headphone in Ruby Red color, which sold out in less than 24 hours.
Beats describes the new Onyx Black Solo 4 headphones as follows:
Stylish, monochromatic headphones come with an UltraPlush ear cushion adorned with symbols inspired by JENNIE’s music and include two wearable black ribbons with a color-coordinated carrying case. The campaign video highlights the signature ribbon design with a captivating visual journey.
“I always knew that the story of my first work with Beats was just the beginning,” says JENNIE. “This second chapter really represents my personal evolution and self-discovery. I wanted to create something both powerful and personal, and I’m so excited for everyone to experience this new chapter with me through these stylish headphones.”
The new JENNIE x Beats Solo 4 headphones will be available in Onyx Black on April 24, Friday, on Apple’s website and select online retailers for $199.99. If you are not interested in the JENNIE collaboration, you can purchase the regular Solo 4 headphones from Amazon for $129.95.
New USB-C Cables
Secondly, Beats is expanding its USB-C cable range. The company entered this market with a series of USB-C cables in various sizes and colors in April 2025.
Today, Beats is introducing a new 3-meter (10-foot) USB-C to USB-C cable. This cable is available in Bolt Black, Surge Stone, Nitro Navy, and Rapid Red colors for $29.99.
Designed for enhanced durability, Beats charging cables are manufactured with a woven design that prevents tangling and an internally reinforced structure to prevent wear. This 3m cable is optimized for ultra-fast charging up to 240 watts, speeding up your charging experience and increasing efficiency.
To ensure quality and performance, the charging cables undergo thousands of hours of testing throughout the design and manufacturing process. Beats Cables are compatible with all USB-C Apple and Android devices and support charging, syncing, audio, CarPlay, and data transfer.
You can purchase Beats USB-C cables from Amazon, with prices starting at around $15. The new 3-meter version is available for order today on Apple’s website.
