John Ternus will take office as Apple CEO on September 1, 2026, just before the company’s biggest product launch event of the year. Here are more than 10 new Apple products expected to be announced at Ternus's first launch as CEO.

iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Ultra, and More

Apple’s flagship iPhone 18 event will take place just a few days after Ternus takes office as CEO, and it is expected to present exciting new models:

  • iPhone 18 Pro
  • iPhone 18 Pro Max
  • iPhone Ultra
  • iPhone Air 2

It seems certain that the most popular models will be the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, but all eyes will be on the iPhone Ultra, which will be Apple’s first foldable phone. Ternus will kick off his CEO tenure with Apple’s most radical and unique iPhone.

Apple Watch Ultra 4 and Apple Watch Series 12

During the same September event, Apple is expected to introduce two new Apple Watch models:

  • Apple Watch Ultra 4
  • Apple Watch Series 12

Neither model is expected to offer particularly radical upgrades, but Apple always has the potential to surprise us. We might see the introduction of new health sensors, perhaps new S-class chips, and other improvements.

New AirPods Pro with Artificial Intelligence

The AirPods Pro 3 was released last year, and Apple typically waits about three years between hardware upgrades. However, there are rumors that the new AirPods Pro will arrive this year, with the iPhone event seen as the most likely launch date.

  • Next-Generation AirPods Pro with Artificial Intelligence

This next-generation AirPods Pro is expected to be largely similar to the AirPods Pro 3 and will not replace last year’s model. Instead, it will be released as a new high-quality model.

One of the new features will be the addition of infrared cameras that will provide Apple Intelligence capabilities. When combined with Apple’s revamped Siri, the AirPods will be transformed into an AI device with new visual intelligence capabilities.

Expanded Apple Home Product Line

Apple has long been rumored to be planning to expand its Apple Home products, but delays in Siri have postponed the release of some products.

Here are the new Apple Home products expected to be introduced at the iPhone 18 event in September:

  • HomePad / HomePod Touch
  • New Apple TV 4K
  • HomePod 3
  • HomePod mini 2

Siri’s major AI overhaul will be introduced with iOS 27, so it is very likely that the new Home products will also be introduced in September—at least that’s what the latest rumors suggest. However, if Apple wants to spread out its new products, we might also see the Home products arriving in October.
