Amazon Offers $50 Discount on M5 MacBook Air Series

Along with the first cash discounts on the new M5 Pro MacBook Pro, Amazon has now lowered M5 MacBook Air prices as well. Currently, there are significant discounts on the M4 MacBook Air, but for those leaning towards the new machine, Amazon has applied an approximate $50 discount across all models.

The new M5 MacBook Air has hit the market, and this morning we saw $50 price drops across the entire series on Amazon. We also noticed that the M4 MacBook Air reached its best Amazon price with a $320 discount.

Amazon is offering the Midnight 15-inch M4 MacBook Air 16GB/512GB for $1,079.

This model was launched in 2025 at a list price of $1,399 and is now available at a $320 discount, which is the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon.

Today’s deal is $20 below the previously mentioned price for this model; Amazon has started clearing the 15-inch M4 MacBook Air models to make room for the new M5 machines:

For comparison, the MSRP of the M5 machine with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage dropped to $1,299, and you can currently find this model on Amazon for $1,250. However, the M4 offers a quite attractive price right now. It is $250 cheaper than the M5 and is a very capable machine that provides a similar experience for most users.

This morning, we detailed some notable $200 price drops on the M5 MacBook Pro; deals start at $399. However, the first cash discounts have also arrived for the 2026 M5 Pro models. Amazon is offering a $50 cash discount on the new pro-level machine, while Best Buy is selling it at full price but with a $100 store credit.

Which deal is better? If you are a Plus or Total member at Best Buy, you have a few options. I might prefer to keep the $100 credit since it can provide significant savings on future releases or more affordable products. However, I’m not a paid Best Buy member, so the $50 discount is more attractive to me. In any case, there are several options here for those looking to buy one of Apple’s new M5 Pro machines.

Apple’s completely new M5 Pro MacBooks are now available, and we found a $100 bonus reward credit for these models at Best Buy. However, for those looking for a more affordable M5 MacBook Pro, deals are rapidly advancing this week; the best configuration is currently $200 off from its original price on Amazon, and there is also a $200 price drop on the 1TB model.

Amazon Drops AirTag to Best Price Below $14

The new AirTag 2 has hit the market, and you can get one for $29 right now, but Amazon is offering the previous generation AirTag at its best price of $13.91 with Prime shipping.

This deal may not last long – Amazon is offering a single AirTag listing at $13.91 with free shipping. Normally priced at $29, this price represents a 52% discount from the original tag price.

This is the lowest price we have tracked for a single AirTag 1 on Amazon so far. Previously, the price for a single AirTag had never dropped below $17.

Additionally, the price for the first-generation AirTag 4-pack has returned to $64, meaning each one is $16. However, currently, getting four for $13.91 each may be a more economical option.

Apple’s Latest Blue Trail Loop is Nearly 40% Off on Amazon (Medium Size, Natural Finish)

This morning, we saw a solid 35% price drop on Apple’s latest Ocean Band, and now Amazon has lowered the price of the Blue/Light Blue Trail Loop to $61 with shipping.

Last time we saw a deal on the medium/large size model, but today Amazon has reduced the price of the small/medium blue Trail Loop to $61.39 with shipping.

This price, normally $99, represents nearly a 40% discount (exactly 38%) and is the lowest price we could find. This model had briefly dropped to $56 before quickly returning to full price. However, right now, today’s deal is about $5 below the best price we’ve tracked for this model – it’s the second lowest price we’ve tracked on Amazon or elsewhere.

For comparison, Best Buy is currently asking $150 for these same earbuds.

The price of the AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation dropped to $99 during last year’s Black Friday and holiday season; however, today’s deal matches the lowest price we’ve seen before, only $20 apart.
