Apple introduced the all-new MacBook Neo on Wednesday, and some configurations are sold out for first-day deliveries.

Update: As of Friday morning, the delivery of the pink base model has been pushed between March 16 and March 23. The other three base model colors are promised for the first day.

Meanwhile, only the silver version of the upgraded model is promised for first-day delivery. Deliveries of the pink and citrus models will occur between March 23 and March 30. The delivery of the upgraded indigo model is shown between March 16 and March 23.

The configuration that is delayed for first-day release is the base model in "pink" color.

Customers can pre-order the high-capacity MacBook Neo with a pink aluminum finish and receive it on launch day, but Apple only promises a date between March 13 and March 20 for the delivery of the pink base model. Stock is available at Apple retail stores.

As of Thursday afternoon, seven out of eight configurations are still available for pre-order, with delivery promised on the official release date of March 11, Wednesday.

Apple offers color options in silver, pink, citrus, and indigo. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB. The high-storage model also includes Touch ID. Each model has 8GB of RAM.

The MacBook Neo is Apple’s first laptop powered by a chip designed specifically for the iPhone, coming in four colors and two storage configurations.

Walmart shows delivery dates of March 11 for the citrus and indigo base model configurations, while shipping dates for other color and storage combinations are further out.

The early sellout of the pink base model may indicate that the pink color is particularly popular for the MacBook Neo or that Apple may have more stock available in other colors.
