Apple is conducting a survey for some Apple TV subscribers about how the service is performing, covering the importance of content quality and diversity, as well as awards and the overall experiences of sports. Here are the details.

Apple Surveys Apple TV Subscribers

Apple is inviting some Apple TV subscribers to share their experiences related to the service.

The survey, which lasts about 15 minutes, asks subscribers how they perceive the platform's talent and creative diversity, how much awards and interest affect their viewing preferences, how important it is to connect with characters and storylines, and how they evaluate the production quality of its original content.

At one point, the survey asks users how much they agree or disagree with statements regarding whether Apple TV content is “culturally relevant,” “nostalgic/sentimental,” “emotionally impactful,” and “thought-provoking/intellectually stimulating.”

One notable question in the survey asks users which content categories they would like to see more of. These categories include “sports commentary (e.g., sports talk/analysis, pre/post game, interviews, etc.),” “stand-up comedy,” “competitive reality,” and “content in local language,” along with more traditional categories such as crime, drama, horror, and music.

The survey also addresses how important the availability of classic films is for subscribers and how much family sharing contributes to their overall experiences. Apple does not forget to ask whether the respondent was aware that they could share their Apple TV subscription before answering the survey.

As the survey approaches its end, there is a section entirely dedicated to sports. In this section, subscribers are asked how fanatic they are about sports such as F1, tennis, Women’s National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, Premier League, Major League Soccer, National Football League, volleyball, and the Asian Basketball League.

Finally, after questions about how users manage their streaming subscriptions, the question “Is there anything you would like to add or change on Apple TV?” is posed. Following this, a few additional profile questions come up, such as gender, student status, and which other Apple services they use.

So, is there anything you would like to add or change on Apple TV? Share with us in the comments.
