Apple TV Announces Two New Upcoming Movies

Apple TV had created a packed film calendar for this year, but the broadcaster recently announced two new titles coming soon. One of them will premiere next month. Here are the details.

New Film from John Travolta for Apple TV, Plus a Peanuts Feature Film

Last week, a dark comedy film titled Outcome starring Keanu Reeves was added to Apple TV. The film also features Cameron Diaz, Jonah Hill, and Matt Bomer. You can watch Outcome on Apple TV.

However, Apple has added two new films to its film calendar: one will be released very soon, and the other is expected later in the year.

Propeller One-Way Night Coach is a new film that marks John Travolta's directorial debut.

Travolta serves as the writer, director, narrator, and producer. The film is based on his previously published book of the same name.

Propeller One-Way Night Coach will be available exclusively on Apple TV on Friday, May 29.

In the golden age of aviation, a young aviation enthusiast named Jeff (played by newcomer Clark Shotwell) and his mother (Kelly Eviston-Quinnett) embark on a one-way journey to Hollywood. This simple flight turns into a journey of their lives. With airline meals, charming flight attendants (played by Ella Bleu Travolta and Olga Hoffmann), unexpected stops, exaggerated passengers, and an exciting glimpse into first class, this journey unfolds in a magical and unexpected way, shaping the child's future.

Another addition to Apple's film calendar was announced during CinemaCon this week.

Snoopy Unleashed is a feature-length animated film that joins Apple's existing Peanuts titles catalog.

This is the second Peanuts feature film created after The Peanuts Movie in 2015, which was a huge box office success.

No information has been provided yet about the release date of the new film. However, it is stated that Snoopy Unleashed will come directly to Apple TV.

When Snoopy runs away from home, Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang embark on an emotional and wonderful journey to the Big City, discovering that true friendship means loving each other as we are while searching for Snoopy.
