CBS News reports that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has vowed to launch attacks on US-based technology and finance companies in the Middle East starting tomorrow. Here are the details.

IRGC of Iran Labels US Companies as 'Terrorist Companies'

According to CBS News, the IRGC issued a warning against "terrorist companies" that it claims are spying for the US government.

In a warning published today on Telegram, the IRGC listed 18 US-based technology and finance companies operating in the region, including Apple, Boeing, Cisco, Google, IBM, J.P. Morgan, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla.

Additionally, it called on these institutions to “immediately evacuate their employees to save their lives.”

From the report:

The IRGC stated that the US has “ignored our repeated warnings to stop terrorist operations and today, a number of Iranian citizens have been martyred in your and your Israeli allies' terrorist attacks”; “The main element in designing and monitoring terrorist targets is American ICT and AI companies, and in response to this terrorist operation, from now on, the main institutions involved in terrorist operations will be our legitimate targets.”

The post warned that “employees of these institutions must immediately leave their workplaces to save their lives.” It also stated that “residents around these terrorist companies in all countries in the region should also go to a safe place at least one kilometer away.”

CBS News notes that the IRGC made a similar warning earlier this month, which came after drone attacks that damaged Amazon's infrastructure in the region.
