Belkin has launched two new Qi2.2 chargers offering 25W MagSafe charging with an ultra-compact design. While these products generally focus on the Apple ecosystem, Belkin's new 3-in-1 product offers a modular structure that allows Android users to use their own watch chargers. Both are quite slim and work perfectly regardless of which ecosystem you belong to.

UltraCharge 3-in-1 Modular

With UltraCharge Modular, Belkin supports Android devices and offers silicone inserts that allow you to use other watch chargers with the product. It supports not only the Apple Watch but also the Pixel Watch 1, Pixel Watch 2/3, and Galaxy Watch. There is a setup where you need to bring your own cable, and this cable needs to end with USB-C – however, this is quite useful as many Android manufacturers have started adding Qi2 support.

In terms of fit and finish, I can say that the UltraCharge Modular is quite good. Most of it is made of hard plastic, while the bottom and the point where you connect your phone are silicone-coated. When you lift the top part, a second Qi charger appears for charging your AirPods or other wireless charging earbuds. Additionally, a 45W adapter and a 5ft USB-C cable are included in the box.

My biggest concern is the lack of active cooling. This may cause your phone to heat up a bit, especially if you are not using an iPhone 17 Pro with excellent thermal characteristics. Still, Belkin promises to charge from 0% to 50% in just 35 minutes.

The UltraCharge Modular is sold at a very competitive price of only $65 compared to other Qi2.2 or 25W MagSafe 3-in-1 products on the market. However, you need to bring your own watch charger. It is available in two colors: Sand and Black. You can purchase it from Amazon.

UltraCharge Pro 2-in-1 Convertible

Unlike the previous charger, the UltraCharge Pro comes with an integrated Apple Watch charger – which means it is not Android-friendly. Still, if you want the most compact 2-in-1 charger for travel – this is the right option for you.

The Apple Watch charger folds out from the inside and can stand at three different angles – including completely flat. This is quite nice if you want a side-by-side setup. Additionally, it’s great for StandBy due to its low height.

The UltraCharge Pro 2-in-1 has a similar build quality to the previous charger, meaning it is sturdy. My only complaint is that the watch charger can be a bit stiff when folding it, and it can be difficult to do it with one hand if you don’t have long nails.

As with the previous charger, a small 45W charging adapter and cable are included in the box – but this cable is braided.

If you are looking for the thinnest 2-in-1 charger that you can throw in your travel bag (maybe instead of the MagSafe Duo), this new UltraCharge Pro Convertible is a great option. Belkin promises that charging from 0% to 50% will happen in just 29 minutes, which will be quite fast. It is available in two colors: Sand and Black, selling for $85 and $99 respectively – currently, there is a discount on the Sand color.
